  The wheat milling production line is mainly composed of wheat mill, fan, air closer, shackle lifting and discharging device, which can realize full air transportation and automatic circulation processing and milling. It is often used in 40-120 mesh milling of wheat, corn, beans, sorghum and buckwheat. Among them, the wheat core separation mill grinds wheat into flour by grinding roller, and the bran and qualified flour are screened by circular roller, which is widely used in grain processing points.

After harvest, wheat may be mixed with straw, rope, stone, brick, dirt and other large impurities, which will damage the processing equipment or block the piping system.
Therefore, the preliminary cleaning process is required before wheat is stored. 
To ensure the quality of flour and protecting the processing equipment, before entering into the milling process from temporary storage, the pre-cleaned wheat needs further cleaning. Milling is the process by which grains are ground into flour. The modern milling process is a gradual reduction of the wheat kernels through a process of grinding and sifting. The millers’ skill is analyzing the wheat and then blending it to meet the requirements of the end use. This science of analysis, blending, grinding, sifting and blending again results in consistent end products.
The separation of bran, endosperm and germ is realized through multiple interactions with roller mills and sifters. After each trip through the roller mills, the grains are sent to sifters to separate particles with different sizes.
